After launching a small restaurant concept driven with freshly cut French Fries topped with deconstructed sandwiches- in July 2023, under the vision of Sammy Gianopoulos (who co-founded Fratelli’s Italian Steak House, Three Bulls Steak House, and Sammy G’s Tavern) and Sammy (Sam) G. Ballas (CEO and Founder of East Coast Wings + Grill and CEO & Founder of ZorAbility, Inc.), the two restaurant industry veterans spent months strategically beta testing additional food offerings that exist in the slider space, and perfected a slider offering that offers a true meal experience vs. an average slider.
During this beta period, the consumer reactions drove further the desire to expand the offerings and testing. Like many emerging brands, the founders and their team listened to the guests, who were clearly saying, “These sliders are awesome.” Hence, the two Sammy’s decided to change from the French fry-based concept and develop a new concept with additional offerings.
Welcome to Sammy’s Sliders, serving off-the-bun meat sliders, hand-breaded chicken fingers (traditional and saucy), multiple types of french fries, including daily hand-cut, topped French fry meals, a variety of protein-topped dinner salads, and our infamous hand-spun ice cream shakes. Sammy’s Sliders is a fast-casual concept driven by high-quality ingredients and freshly crafted, never-frozen proteins.
At Sammy’s Sliders, guests can choose from our larger Certified Angus Beef sliders, hand-breaded antibiotic-free chicken sliders, or our deluxe variety of sliders (fish filet slider, Yellowstone slider, falafel slider), gourmet-topped hand-cut, crinkle-cut, or natural-cut French fries, fresh-made salads topped with chicken or shaved sirloin, and premium ice cream shakes. Unique made-from-scratch recipes and dipping sauces from our nationally award-winning culinary chef offer a taste sensation that provides our guests with a unique experience- one of a kind.
